Walden's Flood Support

Donation protected
We all know the damage Hurricane Harvey is doing to the state of Texas. It's one thing to watch the devastation on the news. It's another to experience it first hand. Near Beaumont, TX, Brian and Elizabeth are experiencing first hand the disaster we are all watching on television.

They've had to evacuate their home due to the flooding. Brian is a prison guard who isn't able to leave the city even though it's dangerous. He put his wife safely away in a hotel so he wouldn't have to worry as much and can focus on his job.

Every day it rains there are more and more damages occuring and this will be hard to overcome when it's finally all over. Please consider helping them financially as this is all any of us can really do at this time. Ease the burdens and cost as they scramble to figure out the next step of rebuilding their lives again.

Your contributions will go into supporting their wellbeing and safety until this storm passes and things settle down for them. As many of you may remember, Hurrican Katrina made lives very difficult for many families for years and we hope to lighten that burden and not have Brian and Elizabeth go through a similar experience.

Brian is my brother and I, along with Elizabeth's and my family, want to assist in any way possible. One way to do this is to ask for the open hearts of others along with us and contribute to this amazing couple.
