Waiting to Live - Lyme Disease

Hey, I'm Hannah Robertson and I've had Lyme Disease for half of my life. My care-free childhood came to a screeching halt at age 11 when I experienced my first panic attack. The symptoms kept mounting as my mother took me from doctor to doctor suspecting Lyme disease but we were told over and over again that there was NO Lyme in Arkansas or Texas! After being diagnosed with everything from Mono to Chronic Fatigue and having to leave high school in my junior year, I was FINALLY diagnosed 9 years later in 2016. Since Lyme treatment is mostly not covered by insurance my family has incurred major medical expenses over the years, we have depleted all our resources. (Not to mention my mom & dad have tick born illnesses also) I am asking for your help today to share my story for awareness and also to contribute to my treatment if you can. I’m one of the many fighting this horrible disease but I know I will get better so I can show others it is possible.
