Doggy daycare needs help relocating

My husband and I have run a successful doggy day care and cage-free boarding business out of our home in
Concord, CA for 3 years.  Because of our professional
dog expertise, we can care for dogs that would not be
successful at other businesses.  The dogs that stay with us live in our home as part of our family and we make
sure that each and every one gets the personal
attention they need.  

Unfortunately, with the ending of our property lease,
we had to move not only ourselves, but also our
established business.  We were lucky to find a place just 2 miles away that has great potential.  However, we
don’t have much time and we have a lot to do!  Our new property is not set up for a dog business and needs a lot of updating/renovation to get it ready (and safe!) for
dogs. 

We are asking for help with our set up expenses (as
there are many!) so that we are ready to relocate the
business to our new property and re-open on June 18,
2018.  Here are some of the renovations and fencing
needs we have and could use help with:

Perimeter privacy fencing (450 ft)
Frontage fence and 2 gates
Play yards deer fencing and posts (350 ft)
A small deck and ramp
Install vinyl plank flooring
Repair an external door and slider

We estimate these costs to be $40,000
