Hi Wag Club Community –
My name is John Squires and I am the owner of Wag Club. On behalf of the Wag Club staff and I, we want to thank you SO MUCH - from the bottom of our hearts - for all the love, support and outreach you have given us since all of this uncertainty began. We can’t put into words how much we appreciate it, and how truly thankful we feel to live and work in such an uplifting community. You never cease to amaze us with your kindness and constant outpouring of love. We are so grateful. You are our family – our friends, and we love you all so much.
It is with heavy hearts and eyes full of tears that we announce that - in response to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are having to shut our doors until further notice.
We can’t express to you how hard this is – our hearts are ACTUALLY breaking. We are going to miss your smiling faces, your pup’s wiggles and greetings as they walk through our door. Everything – we are going to miss EVERYTHING. It brings comfort to know that we are all in this together, but boy does it sting to be apart right now.
In response to this sudden financial strain, and because ALL of our employees are now unemployed, at home with minimal benefits coming in - we are humbly asking for your help.
We are aiming to raise $12,000 total in order to help support our staff and their livelihood during this crisis. If you are able – anything helps. We know it is a hard time for everyone right now, and we are SO incredibly appreciative for anything that anyone can spare in support.
We hope to be up and running sooner rather than later, but unfortunately we just don’t know when that is. If you can share with family and friends – we would be most grateful.
We love you all so much and we are embracing you and your pups so hard from afar. Please send us photos through Instagram as we will need pup-dates.
