In Memory of Wabei Walusiku

Wabei Walusiku, 45, of Chicago, originally from Lusaka, Zambia passed away on Monday, April 20 at her sister's residence in Jefferson City, MO surrounded by family and friends. Wabei is survived by five sisters, five brothers-in-law, beloved nieces and nephews, several aunts and uncles and dozens of family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of courage and resilience that everyone who knew her will carry in their hearts. Wabei touched so many people with her love and kindness, her openness to help and her acceptance of people, just the way they are. She will be greatly missed.

This page was created at the request of so many friends who would like an opportunity to express their love and support for Wabei. The funds will go to family to cover any incidentals that they may have following Wabei's long battle with cancer.
