Give Angus a Chance against Cancer
Donation protected
On Tuesday 30th of May my gorgeous 2-and-a-half-year-old nephew Angus was diagnosed with a mass on his brain stem. As a result of this, he was unsteady on his feet and became paralysed on the right side of his face and was struggling to use the right side of his body.
Angus then went in for brain surgery on Tuesday 6th June where the surgeon successfully removed 80/85% of the tumor.
On the 16th June his mother, Jess, received the heartbreaking results of tests on the cancer that Angus has a rare Embryonal Brain Tumor which consists of 3 different types of Embryonal cancer cells in the one tumor, samples are being sent to USA for further testing and research.
Angus is currently in and out of hospital for ongoing treatment, at the beginning of July, he started chemotherapy and radiation will follow not too soon after.
Angus is currently on an organic diet and we are looking at other treatments that might be available.
As you can imagine this is a difficult time for Jess, Hamish and the girls as they will incur many expenses on their journey ahead. The family was struggling financially before this happened so you can imagine the affect this is having on them. All money raised will be deposited into a trust account for Angus's ongoing welfare, treatment and related expenses.
Angus is going through very difficult and painful time with more treatment and operations to go. Thankyou all who have donated money. Share this with your friends to help raise our target as he really needs the help.
Thank you in advance – we really appreciate your support. Any donation, however small, goes towards making life easier for Angus.
