My daughters dog is very sick

This is my daughters dog his name is Bruno.  The past couple months Bruno has been having seizures and there hasn’t been any answer is why. My daughter sent him to the vet last night and his liver count is very high he’s getting to the point where he’s urinating on himself and passing out. My daughter has taken very good care of this dog and loves him with all her heart I know everybody is going through tough times but it cost her $600 last night and she’s going to try to take them back to the vet again today.  I know her hopes are that he gets better. Bruno is nine years old and was a rescue so I’m not sure about the first three years of his life I do know I don’t want him to stay in pain and just in case the bills get higher or she hast to put him down I know she would probably want him cremated so he could stay with her.  I know times are tough with everybody including myself and my daughter but any type of support would be so much appreciated and I will keep you updated thank you. I don’t normally believe in  go fund me pages truthfully but I know how much she loves this dog and we are trying to do anything to either save him or put him at peace.
