Juneteenth Community Celebration

After constantly being bombarded with hate, fear, and uncertainty within these past few weeks, We believe it is time for Dover to experience love, hope, and solidarity.  That is why we are planning a Juneteenth Community Celebration in honor of the 155th anniversary of African American's being freed from slavery, better known as Juneteenth. June 19th marks the beginning of African Americans' upward climb to equality.

We are collecting donations to provide free food, music, and a secure environment for Dover families.

At the celebration families will have the opportunity to register to vote, participate in a canned food drive, and play family-friendly games. Face painting, poets, speakers, and so much more will also be available.
