Eli's Journey #BrentonStrong

Many of you know my friends Chrissie and (Guitar) Dave's newborn son, Eli, has been in the NICU with RSV since Wednesday. He was born at 37 weeks and his lungs have been working extra hard. They tried to take him off tubes today but it did not go as well as they'd hoped. We're praying tomorrow is a better day!

Chrissie and Dave's testimony made a big impact on my life and I feel led to give back to them somehow. There are likely THOUSANDS that have heard Dave unveil the darkest wounds of his heart and discover the incredible grace of God. We've watched Dave's music leave an entire congregation in awed silence, week after week. And they continue to inspire me as they display bold faith and humility through this difficult time with Eli.

Right now there are many things weighing on Chrissie and Dave and I want to help with their financial burden. I don't want them to worry about how they will pay for their meals, for parking, or even the inevitable medical bills. They're both missing work to be by Eli's side and I want them to focus on their journey with him and the blessing of being new parents. <3
