As many of you know I absolutely love swimming in the sea. So I've set myself a challenge to swim 100km in 100 days off the  Roker &amp; Seaburn coast. No wetsuit, no excuses! Whatever the conditions I will swim everyday from 28th November 2020 until 7th March 2021 in water temperatures as low as 4'c I will be documenting my journey on Instagram - Instagram name is 100daychallengeswimscsk if you'd like to follow and share.  How can you help? As part of this challenge I've also set myself the target of raising £1000 in aid of Sunderland Community Soup Kitchen. Sunderland Community Soup Kitchen is a voluntary charity set up to combat hunger poverty - providing hot meals, free of charge to the homeless and the hungry every evening in Sunderland.
