I am Jorolyn Abong - Albos currently living here in Quebec Canada as Temporary foreign worker since February 2024.

My younger sister in the Philippines had a motorcycle accident last May 9, 2025 in Montevista Davao de Oro Philippines. Her head was severly injured that caused a blood clot in her brain and was semi comatose for 2 days in Tagum City Regional Hospital in the Philippines. After 3 days, she slowly recovered from the injury but the blood clot still inside her brain that causes severe headaches.

The doctor of the said hospital advised that my sister can be discharge out of the hospital and is "fit to travel" so that she can go back to our hometown in Iligan City which is 372 kms away from the place where the accident happened.

On May 17, 2025, my sister has arrived in my hometown in Iligan City together with my other younger sister and my brother in law. In the morning of May 18th 2025 ( Philippine Standard Time) while my father was preparing for a breakfast, my sister suddenly suffered a severe siezure which led her back to the hospital again and was in Intensive care Unit until now. The survivality rate of my sister as per the doctors initials diagnosis will 50-60% if the blood clot that caused the swollen of her brain will not be removed through Surgical operation by an expert surgeon which is highly expensive.

I just gave birth to my 2nd baby last March 2025 and is currently low or less income at this time. I already knocked the doors of my relatives for some donations and a little assistance but it was really not enought to cover the cost of the hospitalization.

I am sincerely knocking to your generous heart to ask for a small donation for my sister. any amount will be a big help for her daily medical cost. Me and my family are now in the situation of Acceptance. The emotions and worries of my sick mother with cancer really makes me cry and i am currently trying to be strong and encourage my parents to stay strong and pray for the better outcome of this challenges and trials.
