Nuestro objetivo es claro: generar soluciones de diseño auténticas, sostenibles y con alma, que reflejen la riqueza cultural y artesanal de Mallorca.

<div>Mallorca lleva tiempo pidiendo un cambio. Un turismo más pausado, más consciente, más integrado con el entorno. Para lograr un impacto real, creemos que no basta con señalar el problema: hay que presentar soluciones concretas y facilitar, con empatía y compromiso, las herramientas necesarias para que el cambio ocurra. Por eso, nuestro primer paso es la creación de una plataforma digital que conecte directamente a profesionales afines a nuestros valores con makers locales.

<div>Pero esto va más allá del diseño: Mallorca necesita preservar su patrimonio cultural, y hoy más que nunca, esto se ha convertido en un deber moral para hoteleros y grandes propietarios de viviendas de lujo. Es hora de asumir una responsabilidad activa con el territorio que tanto nos da. Mallorca está perdiendo parte de su identidad en medio del crecimiento descontrolado, y si no actuamos ahora, mañana podría ser tarde.

<div>Recientemente, se firmó una carta dirigida al Govern con un mensaje contundente: “No vengáis, ya no somos hospitalarios”, respaldada por entidades como GOB, SOS Residents y Menys Turisme Més Vida. Ver a la ciudadanía en las calles, defendiendo este manifiesto, ha sido profundamente revelador.

<div>Algunos datos que reflejan la situación actual de la isla:

<div>Un 24% de las viviendas de lujo de España se concentran en Baleares, muchas adquiridas por compradores extranjeros.

<div>Mallorca has been calling for change. A slower, more conscious kind of tourism—one that is truly integrated with its surroundings. To create real impact, we believe it’s not enough to point out the problem; we must also present concrete solutions and kindly provide the tools and resources needed to bring about change. That’s why our first step is to build a digital platform that facilitates direct connections between like-minded professionals and local makers.

<div>But this goes beyond design: Mallorca’s cultural heritage is in urgent need of preservation, and today, more than ever, this has become a moral responsibility for hoteliers and owners of luxury properties. It’s time to take an active role in protecting the land that gives us so much. Mallorca is losing part of its identity to unchecked development—and if we don’t act now, it may soon be too late.

<div>Recently, a letter was sent to the government with a powerful message: “Don’t come—we are no longer hospitable”, signed by organizations such as GOB, SOS Residents, and Menys Turisme Més Vida. Seeing local citizens take to the streets to support this manifesto has been deeply moving.
