Help with medical expenses

On July 13th I went to the emergency room with severe pain to my legs and back, after many labs and a MRI they found a mass on my colon, liver and lung. A week later I was scheduled for a colonoscopy and after the biopsy came back I was diagnosed with stage 4 colon cancer with metastasis to the liver and lung. I have met with my cancer team and have been scheduled this  Thursday to have a coronary artery stent inserted to prep for my chemotherapy  along with neumerous appointments for scans . I am also looking at 25 to 30 treatments of radiation as well . We will be traveling 76 miles to and from the Essentia cancer center in Fargo ND  for the  6 weeks M-F.
I am the sole provider for my family of 5 and for the next 3 to 4 months I will be unable to work and provide for my kids and wife. My wife will be my care taker through this difficult journey that we are about to face, as we were warned of the possibility of many overnight hospital stays and the effects the chemotherapy and radiation with have on my body.
I am asking for help for transportation expenses, lodging and for bills that will accumulate through this all. Every donation will help keep us above the water as we work on focusing on my health and trying to get through this difficult time.
