P&B Branch Bike Tour

My Name is Mark Ibbett, Parts Manager at Peacock & Binnington Louth. I wanted to let you all know about a Charity fundraising event that I will be participating in to raise money for a fantastic cause which is sponsored all the way by Peacock & Binnington.

 

Our company is made up of 6 branches that are based in and around Lincolnshire and Yorkshire, I want to complete a circuit around all of them! I won't be alone as my daughter Laura will be completing the circuit with me! My proposed route is spread over 3 days from 14th - 16th July 2022:

 

Day one, start at P&B Brigg to P&B Halsham finishing up at Kirby Misperton

Day two we will start at P&B Kirby Misperton then on to P&B Selby and finishing up at P&B Corringham -

Day three we will start at P&B Corringham then head to P&B Louth then finish the full circuit back at P&B Brigg.

The Charity is a Helicopter Emergency Medical Service (HEMS) operating throughout Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire. The state-of-the-art helicopter and highly-skilled Pilots, Paramedics, and Doctors give some of the most critically ill and injured people their very best chance of survival in what is often their greatest hour of need! Since the Charity first began in 1994, they have undertaken over 19,200 potentially life-saving missions and receive no direct Government funding. You can donate to that cause here

 

Secondly, the Teenage Cancer Trust which has a specialist unit in almost every major NHS cancer treatment hospital across England, where they fund expert nurses, Youth Support Coordinators, and Multidisciplinary Team Coordinators to provide the very best care and support for young people facing cancer.
