<div>My name is Kevin Shifflett and I am starting this GoFundMe for my best friend Jeff Evangelista. Jeff was recently in a serious head on collision accident that left him very badly injured. He now faces a long road to her recovery and will be out of work for quite some time as he heals.

<div>Jeff is one of the most genuine, hard-working people I know - always the first to lend a hand or brighten someone’s day. He’s been my best friend for nearly 20 years! Now he’s the one who needs a little help from all of us. The funds raised will go towards medical bills, rehab rehabilitation cost, and every day living expenses while he is unable to work.

<div>Every donation, no matter how small will make a difference in helping Jeff get back on his feet. If you can’t contribute financially please consider sharing this fundraiser to spread the word. Thank you for all your kindness, generosity, and prayers for Jeff’s recovery.
