In Loving Memory of Our Mother

As many of you already know, my mother passed away at Maine Medical Center on Tuesday. She was surrounded by the ones who loved her most. My mother has been fighting a long hard fight since January when she came home from North Carolina. She wasn’t ready in January to leave this world, she was not ready on Tuesday either. She fought with every ounce and fiber of her little body. We are all thankful for these few months, as we are able to make new memories. My mother knew how loved she was. Some days were a struggle for her, more days than we wanted. She loved everyone around her. She loved feeling the love of those around her as well. 

Although we  were told in January that my mom would not have much time left. We did not expect it to be so soon. This was unexpected. My brothers and I  are not prepared for this. She fought til the very end, not wanting to give up. 

My mom made an every lasting impression on everyone she met. Having three kids, she touched a lot of peoples lives. Doing hair was her life long passion. She loved to sing karaoke as well.
