Diana's Breast Cancer Battle

Donation protected
It’s true what they say -- bad things always seem to happen to the best people.

At just 39 years young, our good friend Diana McLaughlin was recently diagnosed with an aggressive and advanced form of breast cancer. Now, Diana is one hell of a strong woman and is definitely going to beat this – but we still want to help give Diana and her family one less thing to worry about during this extremely difficult time.

Diana will be starting 18 weeks of chemotherapy this Friday, and this will be followed by surgery and radiation therapy. All together, her treatment will last about 8 months.

I’m sure most people can understand why Diana and her family could use some extra financial support as they go through this process. On top of trying to make ends meet in the face of lost income, this type of serious diagnosis leads to all kinds of unexpected costs: hospital parking fees, fewer home cooked meals… Everything adds up.

Some of the money we are hoping to raise will be used to finish a small en-suite bathroom so that Diana can have a bit of much-needed privacy. Diana is a mother to two sweet, young, and rambunctious boys -- Levi (9) and Easton (4).

Not only would it mean a lot to Diana to have a quiet place of her own, a private bathroom would help shield her two young sons from some of the difficult sights that go along with watching your mom undergo chemotherapy.

Please keep Diana and her family in your thoughts as this begin their new journey. Anything you can contribute would be so deeply appreciated.
