<div><a href="https://first.global/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener"><em>FIRST </em>Global</a> is a not-for-profit charity with a mission to inspire leadership and innovation in youth from all nations by empowering them through education in STEM. Having reached over 190 nations since 2017, <em>FIRST </em>Global aims to empower high-school students around the world to collectively tackle the world's most pressing challenges. They do this through the <em>FIRST </em>Global Challenge, which culminates in an Olympics-style, international robotics competition every year, with each country represented by a team of 3 to 5 students. <a href="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rdVAnRqE9cU" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">This year's challenge</a> is taking place from October 13-16 in Geneva, Switzerland.
