Help Lauren Recover

Lauren Sullivan, a type 1 diabetic, experienced a stroke that has her in the ICU at Boston Medical Center. She is unable to feel or use the right side of her body, and is struggling with speech. Lauren resides in Portland, OR and is a Graphic Design student at Portland Community College. This emergency medical event happened while she was visiting family on the other side of the country. Due to the severity of the situation, it is unlikely that Lauren will be able to return to Portland and will need funds to get her belongings and beloved cat back to her family in Boston. She will also need assistance with basic needs, medical, and other expenses associated with her path to recovery.
