Emergency relocation

My family is moving provinces back to Newfoundland because my Dad's mother is not doing so well medically  and he wants to be closer.  But I don't want to go there.  Too small and isolated for me. I want to go back to Ontario with family and friends and a lot more opportunities for me.  But I can't afford it right now as my parents are preparing for the move.  I have a place to live but not the means to get there.  My Dad is more than happy to drive me but after being stuck in Newfoundland for an extra week, his finances are exhausted.  Being in Ontario will be an amazing experience for me.  I could get back into my drama group which I loved and miss.  Getting out there would mean the world to me.
