On June 29, my aunt Pat Bush lost her job of 15 years, as did her son Tim who lives with her.
On July 1st, she broke her foot.
Her pulmonologist says she needs to be on oxygen.
She's 64 years old and needs to get better and look for work.
Pat needs our help to get through these next few months.
Specifically, she needs to make her COBRA payments until she's employed again - Tim has epilepsy and is on medication for it, so it's imperative that neither of them be without health insurance now. Other expenses will mount the longer they're out of work, so let's not leave them stranded.
It's time for an It's A Wonderful Life moment.
