Jake needs our help

On the 25th of May, Jake went to the emergency room in Grand Forks only to be flown to Sanford in Fargo as he had been having multiple seizures. A CT scan revealed blood on his brain. He is currently sedated to prevent anymore seizures and will be for the next day or so. Jake is like the majority of us who live paycheck to paycheck. He has a beautiful Fiancé and a Handsome little nugget Jack to care for. Not only is this whole situation absolutely heartbreaking and scary, but scary in a financial sense as well. Jake will not be able to work for at least 6 months. If anyone can spare even a $1 to help with the medical bills they will soon be facing and to help them get by during this difficult time, it would be so dearly appreciated.
