Addition Completion for Brea

My friend Brea has been working to get an addition added to her house. She works from home and needs a space for her lip balm creations, but she also needed extra room for her son Caeden, who relies solely on her for everything. Over the last year and a half, his condition worsened and he was placed on a permanent feeding tube, and is wheelchair bound. After multiple hospital visits and lots of questions, they got answers and he was able to go home. Because of his disabilities, he needed to have a hospital bed put in place in his room, and a bathroom that could fit a wheelchair and give him and Brea room.

Brea was diagnosed with a stage 4 lung disease and has been struggling with her health, as well. She is the creator of My Lip Stuff, a natural lip balm business, and does it all by herself from home. She was able to get the addition process started and thought that was it, she was good to go, but unfortunately problems arose. Rotted wood was discovered in the existing house structure and they can't move forward due to the budget. She needs help getting the project finished. Their home cannot stay unfinished as is. She has repeatedly refused to start a campaign, but I decided to do it because she's a great person and she and her son deserve a comfortable place to spend their lives. She's a single mother that has worked hard to provide for get disabled child and just needs a little help finishing what has already been started.
