Trip to Russia for ADGEX Demo-Mtg.

As I mentioned in our news a couple of days ago

·         February 26 ADGEX business meeting in Tomsk, Russia  - The company that has figured out how to harness the earth's magnetic field to produce usable power and has been selling the ELFE flashlight  (two more customer reports), is now developing a 3 kW generator. In two weeks, they are holding a business meeting for international distributors. (PESN; February 12, 2016) 

Remember that they also have the green-Blaze  waste-to-energy technology.

I would like to attend this meeting, to report on it, and to meet the ADGEX team, and to nurture a possible business relationship.

Cost break-down:

1.       Expedited Visa via G-3 Visas: $288 for single- or double-entry business visa; $170 for G3Visas processing fee.

2.       Flight from SLC to Moscow:  $833 ("likely to increase 18% in next three days") (Feb. 23-29)

3.       Flight from Moscow to Tomsk: $240 (likely to be more, the closer we get to that date)

4.       Travel expenses: hotel: $300; gas to/from airport: $30; meals: $300

TOTAL: $2161 (minimum)

I will be submitting these payments as we raise funds. If I don't raise the visa processing fee in time to mail out the visa on Monday by FedEx, then I'm not going to do this trip.

In the case that we don't pull in enough, then the monies pulled in through this fundraiser will go toward PES support.
