VOTE FOR BRITTANY

As many of you know, Brittany was the passenger in a vehicle that crashed back in January due to drinking and driving. She was ejected from the vehicle an sustained the worse case of Traumatic Brain Injury that placed her in a coma. This has changed her life completley. Brittany spent close to 3 months in the hospital and is now finally home. Although she was able to return to the comfort of her own home, the medical attention an assitance she needs has not stopped and won't any time soon. As far as her injury goes, She attends therapy 5 days a week as she fights and struggles everyday to make progress and to understand why she is the way she is, from learning to walk again or simply knowing what day of the week it is, every part of it is challenging. Our family took all the steps needed from taking off work, to remodeling our home making it "handicap accessible". It has not been an easy road nor will it be easy anytime soon. My sister not only gives me inspiration to be better but also shows me how fragile life really is. There is no set amount of money that could be paid to get her back to who she used to be, but every penny donated will be used toward helping her future grow as well as helping the hardship financially placed upon our family.
