Volunteer with children in Nepal

My name is Ciara, I'm a Public Health student graduating this coming May and will be traveling to Pokhara in Nepal to help make a difference to the lives and futures of disadvantaged children. I will work as part of a Streets Program which is a shelter for young children who run away from home for various reasons i.e. not being looked after or fed properly. I will teach them basic English, sanitation techniques like for example hand washing, brushing teeth, potty training etc, and get them engaged in physcial activity to improve their overall health status.
This trip is 100% volunteer based and I'm delighted I've been accepted onto this street childrens health programme to make a difference to these children's lives.
Any donations (little or big) are greatly appreciated and will go such a long way in getting me to Nepal and providing helpful resources for these children. Thank you so much for your support! Ciara.
