As you may or may not know, Dale Smith has reached the end stage of renal failure, or kidney failure, which occurs when your kidneys are no longer able to support you in a reasonably healthy state, and dialysis or transplantation is needed. Dale was only 13 when he diagnosed. He has been approved for two kidneys and pancreas.
Dale transplant procedure will cost him $5,000 for the down payment to start the process. So this GoFundMe will go directly towards Dale Smith procedures.
Dale graduate in 1986 from Charles Page High School, in Sand Springs, OK He has been part of the Rock School Volunteer Fire Department for 13 years and has worked for Baird Manufacturing.
