Voluntary Mental Health work in Bali

I will be starting my voluntary mental health placement in Bali, Indonesia for a month on the 1st June 2020.

On the placement, I will be working with mentally ill/special needs children and young adults in a variety of schools, communities, psychiatric wards and hospitals.
Mental health is important to me as it affects everyone's lives physically, psychologically, and socially; during my time in Bali I will be receiving specialised training to work in the field of mental health. Having the opportunity to receive training that I can then use to help others is invaluable to me, so every donation I receive towards helping me gain this experience will be greatly appreciated.

The money I need for the trip will fund my training, travel, visa and living expenses - I will be living in the home of a traditional Balinese family for the duration of the trip. The trip is done through SLV Global, a charitable organisation that aids an increase of understanding within global mental health.
For more information on the placement I will be a part of, follow the link below:

It's a privilege for me to have been accepted onto a course like this, and the experience is once-in-a-lifetime for me, so any donation, big or small, is greatly appreciated.

Thanks so much in advance!
