Long version with more background: I've spent the last couple years developing a healthy supplement that produces an enormous amount of physical and mental energy. Before I discovered it, I had been running a few times a week, usually plodding slowly along, slightly in agony, pushing Elessar in his stroller, thinking, "That's ok, I'm slowing way down and I'm almost 40, so big deal, it happens to everyone." I'd stop and walk at times and end up doing 9 to 12 miles a week.
One day, I tried a new combo of supplements I'd been researching and 5 minutes into my run I felt amazing. My thoughts cleared, my mood lifted and I ran faster and faster until I reached 6 miles instead of my regular 3. No plodding along, just zipping around Prospect Park, breathing hard and pouring sweat, running up the hills. I felt great for the entire rest of the day. After 2 weeks of taking the formula I was running 30-40 miles a week, keeping it up, week-in, week-out!
