Volleyball Renovation at Camp OLOG

My name is Daniel Meyers, and I am a Boy Scout working on my Eagle Scout Service Project. For my project, I am working to renovate the volleyball court at Camp OLOG. Camp OLOG is a campground owned by the Catholic Archdiocese of Oklahoma City used for religious education, outdoor, camping and fellowship programs. The volleyball court is utilized often in these programs as a fun activity.

How will the renovation proceed? First, we (volunteers from my Troop) will remove the grass and roots from the sand. Then, we will add an edging barrier to prevent future grass from growing into the court. Finally, we will add extra sand to level-out the field.
