Volusia Basket Brigade 2017
Volunteers donate, build and deliver gift baskets of food for a Thanksgiving Feast to needy families throughout Volusia County.
The notion behind the Volusia Basket Brigade is that one small act of generosity on the part of one caring person can transform the lives of so many people. Our goal this year is to deliver 950 baskets.
In each basket we place this note:
"This is a gift from someone that cares about you, all we ask is that you take care of yourself to do this for someone else someday."
Every penny raised will stay in our community and will go towards helping a family in need.
A little can go a long way. Consider supporting the 2017 Volusia Thanksgiving Basket Brigade.
