Saigon's War

It's time to challenge history and finally give voice to a  group of warriors who fought for democracy, lost their home, but ultimately found it elsewhere.

I am Hugh Pham, a US Army veteran, and I'm on a quest to finally tell the story of the South Vietnamese military, America's democratic allies in the Vietnam War. I am raising funds to go towards the production of a never-before seen documentary that interviews South Vietnamese veterans now living in the United States. This generation is aging and now is the time to collect their stories. Audiences will learn of their triumphs and their tragedies.

Funds from this campaign will go towards hiring a group of talented, diverse, and innovative filmmakers. 

This project has the potential to benefit generations past, present, and future. The past will finally have their side of history told while future generations of will have another perspective of the Vietnam War to consider. I humbly thank you for your contributions and support in this endeavor to explore history and honor these warriors. 

Filming has been shot April 2018 and April 2019. Additional filming is needed in addition to post-production processes.

The ultimate goal is to show this film at film festivals internationally.
