I Need My Mom Back

My mom is waiting for surgery to replace her hip. Her insurance and the hospital is making her wait until February. Meanwhile, she is hobbling around on a cane while trying to deliver supplies to several units at Martha and Mary Nursing Home. She works full time non stop now on one leg. She is declining everyday now and it's killing me to watch her struggle. She used to run, bike and swim and competed in her first Ironman in her sixties!
To watch her go from a glowing healthy strong woman to a very unsteady and weak person using a cane is heartbreaking. She won't tell anyone of her true struggles because she doesn't want anyone to feel sorry for her. It's time to let her rest. She has always worked her whole life, at least two jobs at a time. She is the most generous and fun loving person I know. She gives all she has always and never asks for anything in return. Please help a worthy soul in need for the first time in her life. Even if it's small, it can add up. We can get two months of bills paid up so all she has to do is rest and get her scrappy old self back. Thankyou so much.
