My name is Donna Griggs and I am raising funds for one of my girls, Kelly Mcguire.  She came into our life when she was just 14 years old.  She is one of the most
caring, smart, beautiful, faithful, dedicated, and incredible humans I know.  

Kelly is an amazing mother of five beautiful boys!  She has unselfishly given love,
life and inspiration to so many people.  She was super supportive when I went
through cancer treatments as well as for our middle daughter who also went
through cancer.  Now, Kelly has been diagnosed with a rare form of breast cancer and needs our help. She will immediately have some aggressive treatments.  That
is why I have created this gofundme page. It's for her... to give back to her.  She is
one of the most deserving people I know.  If you know Kelly, she has been there
for you when you needed her.

Hello my incredible family & friends!

I have some news and need your help!! I was just diagnosed with triple negative breast cancer that has metastasized and is the most rare, most difficult to treat, aggressive and fast moving cancer and because of mis diagnosis for the past 3 months as a clogged milk duct has grown very large and substantially increases the chances it has spread beyond to other parts of the body. This puts me at a stage 3 or four depending on if it has spread beyond my lymph nodes and right breast. This has roughly an 11% chance of survival to the first 5 year mark with aggressive treatment which is stronger chemo and radiation drugs and full mastectomy (according to statistics! ).

Ok! I do want to share all that because you better believe! That I am going to watch my babies grow up and live a full life! And these statistics will show how far I’ve come and the radical power that I have harnessed through God’s love, my family’s support, love, big community involvement and radical change!! I will live a powerful example of how love and empowerment can do anything! I do believe that lack of self-care has brought me here and I am going to learn from this!
