Matthew's Recovery

On July 6th, around 2:30AM, Matthew was in a very serious car accident. He lost control of his vehicle, it flipped and he was ejected from the car. A passerby found him and made the 911 call. He was rushed to the hospital, where he remains now. He has sustained many injuries, including brain injuries. He has broken ribs, collar bone as well as a collapsed lung. He has suffered lacerations to his forehead, arm and side which resulted in over 100+ stitches. His body also endured scraps and bruising all over. They have him in an induced coma as well as feeding tube and ventilator. Although he is stable and vitals are good we don't know the extent of his brain injuries. If you know Matthew, he is the most incredible, sweet and loving person you will ever meet, he is loved by many-especially his best friend/child/dog, Jasper. His laugh is contagious and his smile lights up an entire room. I am setting up this page to help him and his family with some of the financial burdens they will come across on this long road of recovery. Matthew does not have medical insurance.
