Medical Expenses for Sarah

Jeremy and his wife have two toddlers and a newborn.  One of the toddlers, Sarah, suffers with a fairly rare disease called Sotos Syndrome.  Since the disease is treatable, but not curable... the side effects and related complications are numerous.  She has had repeated urinary tract infections, high fevers and lethargy. She has been constantly in and out of the hospital.  She had major surgery last week, and last night had to be re-admitted to the hospital with 107 degree fever and oxygen saturation levels in the low 80's. Her infection has turned septic and her hospital stay appears to be for the near future.

Jeremy and his wife are navigating a very complicated treatment schedule and are missing work while at the hospital.  Their medical leave and paid time off are nearly depleted.  The insurance deductibles and co-pays are large and the result... in addition to worry and fatigue is the stress of non-stop medical bills and lack of income.

These are great people and wonderful parents and they could really use our help to make it through what is a very difficult situation.  Any contribution is appreciated and extremely helpful.
