please help save Zack

My 7 month old puppy was hit by a car. Although he was discharged with "minor" injuries, he began to throw up and have trouble breathing 3 days later. He was admitted yet again to the hospital where they diagnosed him with a diaphragm hernia. This means that his liver is attempting to push up from its normal place to his heart. This has caused him alot of pain and without the necessary surgery - he will die. The medical bills are piling up and for a college student, its getting hard. I refuse to give up on my puppy, please - anything helps.
