Vivek Pathipati Funeral and Memorial Fund Raiser

At the relatively young age (24), Vivek Pathipati who was pursuing his M.S. from the University of North Carolina, Charlotte met an untimely end on the 2nd of August 2019.  Hale and hearty Vivek was hit by a Vehicle at around 11:55PM when he was walking back to his house and he was pronounced dead at the scene. Vivek leaves behind his devastated parents, friends and relatives. A strong determination to do his master’s and to fulfill his parent's dream ended with an unfortunate tragedy.

Due to the sudden death, his near and dear are visibly staggered at the gravity of the grim future that awaits his family. At this hour of grief, his family needs more than our prayers to lessen the burden. This fund raiser has been organized by family and friends to help sending the remains of Vivek Pathipati from Charlotte, North Carolina to Bangalore, India and support the family with funeral and memorial expenses. 

FYI, I am Manoj Maddipatla, Direct first cousin of Vivek Pathipati acting as the primary contact to have Vivek's remains sent over to India. I am a resident of Danbury, Connecticut USA and taking care of all the formalities here in US.  I, Manoj Maddipatla, on behalf of Vivek's Family & friends,  intent to withdraw the money raised from the donation campaign, to pay the funeral and transportation expenses (which we are yet to receive from the funeral house), to send Vivek's belongings to India and transfer any remaining funds directly to his father "Umapathi Naidu Pathipati" which would support and reduce the financial burden on the family.
