Viva Bar Carlo!

My name is Mel.  
I am the owner of Bar Carlo, and the sole employer of around a dozen lovely people who have likely served or cooked for you over the dozen (!) years we've been in operation. 

I am reaching out to those of you who have the means and desire to keep small businesses like ours alive during this truly crazy time we find ourselves in. 

The amount that we are seeking to raise is the minimum amount we would need to cover rent and utilities for a few months.  

Helping us keep our place here in FoPo, will ensure that the people I have employed will have jobs to come back to, as well as holding the space for our retail partners Glasshaus Gardens & Gratitude Records.
