Visiting My Mom in the Philippines

It's very difficult to go to the internet about my personal life, but a lot of things are out of my hands. I hope and pray that someone is able to help me.
I REALLY need to raise money for a roundtrip to the Philippines to visit my mother.
My family in the Philippines and my aunt in New Jersey first told me that my mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. This explained a lot of her memory loss. Being in a toxic relationship with my father and having a stressful relationship with me as my mother, it was a lot for her to handle. I can get in depth with what the three of us went through as a family, but there's no point. However, her high blood pressure and leak in her heart caused heart palpitations and the inability to breathe. Being in this family mentally and emotionally affected her. This led to memory loss, depression, stress, speech impediment, and the diagnosis of Alzheimers. This was why my mother was taken to the Philippines, so her family could take care of her. Almost all of her family members are there. She’s separated from my father although they’re both in the Philippines.
I know, you'd ask, "Why would you let her go to the Philippines? Why don't you take care of her?"
Well, I wanted to if I knew how to. She wanted me to stay in school, so I did, just for her. I'm still trying to maintain school and working to be stable. My
parents are unable to help me, so I have to raise money to pay for it. The type of care my mom needed was from someone who can watch her 24/7. I don't have the resources or help to do that. I didn't want her to be miserable in America knowing that she could spend time in the country she was raised in, spend time with her family, and get the help she deserves there.
Then, my aunt told me that she was diagnosed with ALS (Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis, which is known as Lou Gehrig's disease). This disease involves the nerve cells (neurons) that directly control voluntary muscle movement. Over time, my mom's nerve cells have been dying. She's not able to move her hand the way she wants to, speak correctly, or even eat. Recently, she had surgery to connect a tube to her stomach to receive all the nutrients she needs since shes unable to eat most foods. Last week, she went back to the hospital to surgically connect a tube to her neck so she can breathe. Seeing her like this through a phone just breaks my heart.
All I want for now is to raise money to get to the Philippines from January 7th to the 12th. I've been looking around for prices, but they all start from $1,000. Knowing as the time comes closer to the days, the prices inflate, that's why I put $1,500 as my goal. I don't know how much longer I have to get the chance to see her in person. ALS is incurable and every time I see her through Facetime, she gets worse. Please help me. I'm trying to fulfill my mom's wish for me to finish college, but I'm on my own right now trying to raise money for my bills. If you can't donate, just please keep her in your prayers. Please pray that I'll get the chance to see her.

UPDATE (12.3.17):
It looks like I really need to leave earlier. My passport is expired and I’m currently trying to renew it. To be honest, since my parents left to the Philippines, I had no designated home (but I’m fine at the moment because I temporarily live in my dorm at school). The address on my license is an old place that someone else owns now. Recently, I applied for a change of address online to my boyfriend’s address so I can renew my license. I also changed all my bills to that address. I need an updated license in order to renew my passport. Passports take a long time to process, but I’m waiting for mail to arrive at that address so I can use it for a proof of address. That means i need to expedite my passport process. 1 business day processing costs about $450 without additional fees. I need to leave this week and the plane ticket costs $1,132.50 and it’s the last available ticket of that flight. I really need help raising more money because of this whole process. Also, I’m not 100% sure where I will be staying in the Philippines when I get there. This is really urgent and I’m running out of time. Please help.
