Keep our family together

Read all,
My name is Nicole H. Mohamud I live in Fargo, ND.
I'm raising money to visit my husband Nasir Mohamud in Oakdale, LA. I'll have to fly there, rent a hotel and a car to visit him where he's being detained by immigration. If i do not raise enough to go I will use the donations for his account and to support our children until I'm employed.
On June 1st 2017 I went with my husband Nasir to his regular immigration appointment and he was detained for travel documents. We have been married since 2009. We have 3 children together and he helped raise my daughter from a previous marriage since she was 2 years old. Nasir and I have lived at the same residence for 5 years, have built a life together with our family only to have it torn apart now by a case that happened in 2008. My husband has changed since then, he does not deserve this nor does our family. My husband was the sole provider for my children and I now that he has been detained our children and I have $0 income. We hired Kim Hunter immigration attorney to represent our case for extreme hardship on myself and our children if he were deported to Somalia now. Our attorney turned in our applications on 6/10/2017. Nasir was granted stay of deportation on 6/13/2017 and our case is currently pending awaiting the immigration judges decision on weather to reopen our case or not. On 7/13/2017 an immigration officer came to my husband and informed him he was on the list for removal 8/28/2017. My husband called the Somali embassy and they also confirmed he is on that list. Our lawyer contacted ICE and the immigration officer said they are aware he has stay of deportation. This morning 7/18/2017 my husband was transfered to Oakland, LA without warning to Nasir or myself. My husband and our family need help besides our lawyer. We need him back. He doesn't deserve this and neither do his children or myself. He is a good man and deserves a second chance at life. His case should be accepted to open and many people want to see him home again to continue his life in the United States with his family and friends who love and care so much about him. I would like to raise money to go visit my husband 1 last time incase they deny his case and he's deported. Thank you,
Nicole H. Moahmud
