An online fundraiser to support musical excellence in Okemos

 

We need your help to make this fundraiser a success!

Please donate to support the high caliber of K-12 music programs in the Okemos schools. From February 28 to March 25, visit our website to enjoy videos of past student performances, spread the word in your social networks, and make a donation here.

 

For over 30 years, OMP has hosted a high energy community event filled with music performances by Okemos school groups and complimented by a meal of spaghetti. At the 2020 OMP Spaghetti Dinner, hundreds of choir, band and orchestra students of all ages performed concerts, more than 2,500 meals were served, and we raised over $30,000 for Okemos music programs. 2022 will be OMP's first online fundraiser, and we need your help to make it just as much of a success!

 

OMP directly supports music programs in the Okemos Public Schools, including choir, band, orchestra and elementary music. In 2021 alone, OMP provided music teachers with over $24,000 to fund a variety of music education opportunities. OMP also annually provides scholarships to students for further musical study such as lessons, workshops and summer camps.
