Virginia Memorial Public Library

The Virginia Memorial Public Library is asking for your help to raise the money we need to replace our two upstairs A/C Units. One is completely gone and the other is on its last legs. We expect it to cost approximately $10,300, and being a very small library we do not currently have the funds. We stretch our budget as far as we can, but strongly rely on donations and grants. 
Due to not having a temperature controlled environment, we run the risk of losing a large portion of our already small book collection. When conditions get to hot and dry it can lead to brittle paper and leather, and when they get to cool and damp it can lead to mold. 
Your support and donations would allow us to continue to provide our community with programs. Such as our Children's Programs, which include our Pre-K Story Hour every Friday, Lego Club on the 3rd Saturday of each month, and our Summer Reading Program during the months of June & July.
We will be so grateful for any donations, because it will help us to continue to serve our community and surrounding communities for years to come!
