Virgil's Medical and Loss Of Income

Donation protected
Dear friends & family of Virgil & Debbie Marsh, On November 17th Virgil fell about 10 feet from a ladder onto concrete while he was staining a pergola.
The injuries resulting from his fall included skull fractures, a ruptured ear drum, bones broken inside both ears, a broken clavicle, a puncture wound, and 10 broken ribs. During the next few days his right lung collapsed and he had a chest tube inserted. He was then moved to rehab from the trauma unit, but suffered from a severe headache and dizziness. We found out he had a brain hemorrhage and had drainage coming from his right ear, which turned out to be cerebral spinal fluid. He was then moved to the ICU and had a lumbar drain procedure done where he laid on his back for the next 5 days. He was then moved back to rehab where he has been doing physical, speech, and occupational therapy.
The good news is, Virgil is alive and recuperating! Unfortunately, because of these serious injuries, it will take a long time for all these to heal! The ribs alone will take 4-6 months to completely mend and anytime there is nerve damage, the body needs lots of time to heal. So because of unexpected medical expenses and the loss of income that Virgil & Debbie depended on from Virgil cleaning chimneys, staining decks and numerous handyman jobs, we would like to give anyone an opportunity to donate to help out this sweet couple at this unfortunate time!
