Lilly needs your help

Dear friends, I'm reaching out to you on behalf of Joana Pratas who is the pug mom of Violet and Lilly (violetandlillypugs on instagram) Lilly has been ill and had to have surgery on her stomach because she swallowed a peach stone. The specialist couldn't detect it earlier but when he did, Lilly went into surgery right away. Because it had been so long before they detected the stone,  Lilly was very poorly because she hadn't eaten for over a week and her digestive system wasn't working so they had to insert a feeding tube straight to her stomach through which she's getting her medicines, fluids and now also food. She still isn't able to process food so her stomach is being emptied every few hours. Lilly has been in the hospital for 11 days now and hopefully Joana can pick her up today September 3rd. Lilly is very weak and will need a lot of care and attention once she gets home. The stomach feeding tube will have to stay for a while also until her stomach is able to process the food by itself. Up until now the hospital and surgery bills have built up to £11000 so this fundraising campaign has been set up to cover those expenses.
