Vincente's Funeral and Med Expenses

Donation protected
On May 2nd, 2005, a beautiful baby boy was born. His name was Vincente Michael Valdivieso. He was born in Kansas City to Frankie Valdivieso and Angela Rodriguez. He already had older siblings and over time would gain two more younger sisters. From the beginning, he was very loved.

As Vincente grew up, he became a loving, generous little boy with a big heart. He made many friends everywhere he went and was loved by all. He had the best sense of humor and enjoyed spending all of his time with family and friends.

Vincente was a huge fan of the Kansas City Royals, the Denver Broncos, Bruce Springsteen, wrestling, sports, skateboarding, fishing, and Pokemon. Any chance he could outside of school he would play with his family or friends. He was always laughing, smiling, or telling jokes.

At school, Vincente took an interest in science and he participated in an after-school robotics club, where he got to spend time building robots with his friends. He was an altar boy for his local church and was always glad to help.

It was widely-known that Vincente was an avid fan and player of all sports, but perhaps his favorite sport was baseball. He never let any limitations stop him from playing as hard as he could. He may have been small in stature, but he had the biggest heart on the field, court, or stage.

Unfortunately, Vincente had his battles, one of which was asthma. He battled asthma his entire life. It had prevented him from engaging in certain physical activites, even sometimes preventing him from being able to play outside with his siblings.

Sadly, at the beginning of June 2017, Vincente experienced a severe asthma attack and was rushed to the ER. From there he was transported to a local children's hospital where he received intensive care for a week.

On June 7th, 2017, Vincente was called to heaven to join the family who had gone before him. He is at peace now.

During his life, Vincente impacted many lives. Everywhere he went, he made friends and inspired smiles. His laugh was contagious, his smile was innocent, and his heart was giving.

But it did not stop there.

After his passing, Vincente saved the lives of multiple people by donating his life to save theirs. Through this, along with countless memories, Vincente lives on.

We have set up this fund to aid the family of Vincente Valdivieso in the payment for his funeral and medical expenses.

Roughly half of the fundraising goal is set to cover the funeral expenses for Vincente. The other half is in place to cover the medical expenses. As all of this has been very recent and the family has had to focus on much, the medical expenses may alter over the next week or so. Any necessary changes to the expectation of the goal will be made as soon as we are notified of things unaccounted for.

Please feel free to donate to this fund and share with anyone who may help as Vincente's funeral is this upcoming Wednesday, June 14th, and the funeral expenses will need to have been paid by Monday and Tuesday.

Any donation helps, large or small. The family and friends of Vincente Michael Valdivieso would like to thank you for anything you may offer during this difficult time.

Thank you and God bless.
