The Steele Family & Wynn Family, landlords of 1132 Victory Blvd, a Four-plex housing 4 families are raising money to assist the victims who lost their homes and all their possessions in Wednesday's Fire.  Additionally funding is needed to cover funeral expenses for Ms. Barbara Allen.   Fire investigators have determined that the fire was set on purpose, and police are pursuing the arsonist for questioning.   In the meantime, the victims of this fire have suffered incredible losses and it is our hope that the Hampton Roads Community will come together to assist them in getting their lives re-established.
