Victor Ruiz Funeral & Memorial

Victor Ruiz aka Durty Vicc was a great son, brother and friend. He was easy to love and loyal to the ones he loved. Victor was an honor roll student with scholarships. He was a talented Artist that had a lot of potential and that had a passion for music and loved basketball. We lost an angel that still had a long life ahead of him and didn’t deserve to pass away young. He was loved by many and came from a great family. Anything will help, this was really unexpected and very tragic . RIP Victor Ruiz 02/17/2000 - 08/12/2018
