Victor Brian's Funeral Expenses

Donation protected
My wonderful brother, Victor Brian Cardozo, passed away on Saturday.  He was only 33 years old.  He was a wonderful son, an amazing brother, and a giving friend.  His life was too short, and it has hit us all very hard as his loss was sudden.

He was such a great guy that loved to laugh.  His laugh was contagious and seeing him smile would always put my heart at ease.  He loved to fish, and he loved baseball.  He was so excited that his home team, the Houston Astros, finally won the World Series.  He was so excited that he got to witness history.

He was always there for any family event or gathering that we had.  He made sure to never miss a birthday, or a holiday, or just a random dinner.  He was always there to help us just be together.  He was our gentle giant as he was the tallest of us all and hovered over us.  He made us feel safe and loved whenever he was around.

What some of you may or may not know is that we also lost our father this past April.  So this has been an extraordinarily emotional year for us.  Not only a large emotional loss, but a financial one as well.  As this is our second funeral within a year, we are asking for help from our family and friends to help us cover some of the costs of the funeral expenses.  Trust me when I say this is not something that any of us would normally ask for as we do not like to ask for help in others financially, but as you can imagine, having another funeral within a few months is just simply too much for any one family to have to endure.

Our brother will be buried this Saturday, next to our father, who passed away just 7 months ago.  This has been an emotionally excruciating year of loss in our family.  We do find comfort in knowing that our father and brother are together now.

If you are unable to give financially, please give to us by sending us your prayers, love, and support.  Our family needs that more than ever.  Thank you all for being amazing family and friends.  Knowing that you are all here for us gives us the strength that we need to keep moving forward.

Much love and may God continue to bless you all.
