Victim of Police Abuse

On January 25, 2020 my daughter was stopped for a headlight being out.    She was also told to get out of the car.  When she asked why, she was yanked out of the car dragged, hair pulled, arms twisted the wrong way by Buffalo Police Officers.  She was threatened again while in handcuffs and inside of the Police car.  She was also told that she acts like her mother.

Her pregnant friend was yanked out of the car, slammed against it and hit because she was recording.  

All because of a headlight.  What do theytell their families?

Destiny now has to hire an Attorney.  Her court date is February 14, 2020.    She is suffering from headaches, anxiety and depression.  She is a college student.  I am trying to keep her focused and full of positivity.  

I am her mother, Cariol Horne, a former Buffalo, NY Police Officer who was fired when I stopped my coworker from choking a handcuffed suspect in 2006.  I have been harassed since, now my daughter has become a target.  

There have many unarmed people who have been abused, shot and died on traffic stops because of questionable circumstances.  This is not just a Buffalo, NY problem, this is a nationwide problem.  We have to get rid of the bad Police.
